Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age over 18 years; b. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) classification II-III; c. Clear preoperative diagnosis with surgical indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction-related diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, etc. before surgery. 2. Allergies to local anesthetics used in the study, infections at the puncture site, and abnormal coagulation functions. 3. Individuals with cognitive, auditory, or language impairments, a history of mental illness, difficulty in communication, or mental disorders that make cooperation challenging
