Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a valid nurse practitioner certificate/license; 2. Have been engaged in clinical psychiatric nursing practice for less than 5 years and currently employed in the position; 3. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in further training; 2. Currently on external assignment/study leave; 3. Absent from training or assessments due to illness, maternity leave, or other reasons; 4. Prior specialized training in violence assessment and intervention.
