Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy males aged 18 to 25 years, with a physical activity level of moderate or above (based on the International Physical Activity Questionnaire [IPAQ] scoring criteria), no history of chronic diseases, no long-term medication use or supplement dependence, no recent surgery or major trauma, good compliance and cooperation, willing to sign the informed consent form and complete all experimental procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) current cardiovascular, neurological, or endocrine disorders; (2) major surgical procedures or serious illnesses within the past three months, or a history of severe sports injuries or fractures within the past six months; (3) use of any medications within the past month that may affect metabolism or physical performance, including steroids, hormones, or vitamin supplements; (4) any surgical procedures within the past six months; (5) any contraindications to exercise; (6) a history of smoking or excessive alcohol consumption.
