Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by head CT and MRI, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 2. First onset; 3. Approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate with the investigator; 3. Those who have undergone major surgery within half a year.
