Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years; 2.ASA classification I-II; 3.Elective surgery patients under general anesthesia; 4.Transurethral resection of prostate,Transurethral resection of the bladder,transurethral lithotripsy; 5. Using iThermonitor for continuous monitoring the core body temperature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. BMI37.5? or hypothermia<36.0?); 5. Patients with peripheral vascular disease; moderate-to-severe cardiopulmonary or renal disease; thyroid disease; suspecion or diagnosis infection.
