Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria (1) In accordance with the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 , the patient was diagnosed with stroke by cranial CT or MRI; (2) Patients with stable condition and stable vital signs; (3) Age >=18 years old; (4) Have a fixed caregiver; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Primary caregiver inclusion criteria (1) Taking care of patients for the longest time during the investigation; (2) Age >=18 years old; (3) Be capable of independently cooperating with investigations and possess normal comprehension and communication skills; (4) Be fully aware of the patient's disease and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria (1) Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases or with malignant tumors in other parts; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (3) Participating in other research. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria (1) recipients of remuneration; (2) complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (4) Having suffered major setbacks in the past three months (such as bereavement, divorce, etc.).
