Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Part I case: advanced stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer patients; 2.Part I: Chest thin-slice enhanced CT (slice thickness 1mm, DICOM images); 3.Part II and III cases :Patients with advanced stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who received immunotherapy, with complete clinical and pathological data (gender, age, smoking history, family history, TNM staging, laboratory tests, treatment regimen, time and cause of disease progression or death, etc.); pathological type, genetic mutation detection. 4.Part II and III cases :Chest thin-slice CT scans (slice thickness 1mm, DICOM images) were performed within one week before immunotherapy. 5.Part II and III cases :followed up with enhanced CT every 4-6 weeks after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.postoperative patients, the pulmonary lesions are metastatic tumors. 2.No pathological results obtained or lost to follow-up;
