Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Diagnosed with geriatric cardiovascular disease; 3. Fall risk score > 24 points; 4. Able to walk independently (including those using walking aids); 5. Hearing or vision does not affect normal reading and communication; 6. Voluntary participant in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with mental or severe psychological disorders; 2. Patients who have other serious conditions such as severe heart or lung dysfunction, liver or kidney failure, etc.; 3. Patients whose conditions are unstable.
