Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI; 3. Stroke duration <= 3 months; 4. Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function score <= 95 points; 5. Informed consent given by the individual or legal guardian;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients during the acute stage of stroke or with unstable vital signs; 2. With motor dysfunction before the stroke; 3. Those with severe visual, auditory, speech, cognitive, or consciousness impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment and examination; 4. Combining severe primary diseases such as those affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, respiratory system, hematopoietic system, and tumors; 5. Individuals with strong magnetic objects in their bodies, such as fixed metal dentures, pacemakers, steel plates, or steel nails; 6. Patients with mental disorders and epilepsy; 7. Claustrophobia, pregnant patients; 8. Participating in other clinical studies;
