Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for CKD in K/DOQI guidelines (proteinuria, renal hematuria, abnormal serum creatinine, or eGFR <60ml/min for more than 3 months); 3. In the case of renal replacement therapy, maintenance replacement therapy is required for more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute kidney injury at the time of admission; 2. Those with unknown basal creatinine; 3. The course of renal damage is less than three months; 4. Patients with metastatic tumors; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients who enter other clinical studies; 7. Incomplete clinical data; 8. Received intravenous fluids, blood transfusions, etc. within two weeks.
