Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 30-60 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and is diagnosed as CKD stage 1, 3, or 4-5; 3. Agree to provide renal pathology sections, 5ml blood and 10ml urine samples, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Special populations: children, adolescents, pregnant women; 2.Specific types of nephropathy: IgA nephropathy, diabetes nephropathy, hereditary related nephropathy (such as Alport syndrome, polycystic kidney, etc.), hypertension related renal damage; 3.Combined serious diseases: recent severe infections or immune related kidney damage, combined cancer, severe cardiovascular disease and other systemic diseases.
