Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 2. Diagnosed with an ophthalmic chronic disease (such as those that meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic glaucoma or dry eye syndrome) requiring long-term medication treatment as outpatients; 3. The patient or their family members must be able to use a smartphone; 4. Voluntary participation in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with acute ophthalmic diseases requiring surgical treatment or intravenous therapy; 2. Patients with severe ocular infections.
