Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ora limplant surgery patients aged 60-85 years old; 2.There are currently more than three types of medications being used; 3.Have normal communication skills; 4.Informed consent for this study; 5.And voluntarily participate;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness before surgery; 2.History of drug allergies in the past; 3.Refusal to participate as a researcher;
