Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the criteria for the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux (Chinese guideline criteria) in the Rome IV. criteria (and) or functional dyspepsia (and) or irritable bowel syndrome. 5.2 Inclusion Criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 18~70 years old; 3. Not receiving intestinal probiotic therapy in the past 1 month; 4. Those who have no cognitive impairment or communication impairment and can cooperate with the questionnaire; 5. Complete clinical data; 6. All patients were aware of the content of this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute digestive system diseases such as acute gastritis, gastric ulcer, and gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Those with immunological and hematologic diseases; 3. Previous history of acute myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident (within 6 months) 4 Heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency and other underlying diseases; 5. Those with mental illness; 6. Lactating and pregnant women.
