Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Child diagnosis: The child meets the diagnostic criteria for autism stipulated in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fifth Edition) (DSM - 5), and is clearly diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, the child's age ranges from 1 to 14 years old; (2) Parental conditions: The father or mother of the child is also the main caregiver (living with the child and being responsible for the main tasks of taking care of the child), and they own and can skillfully use smart devices, so as to participate in the mindful parenting intervention courses that may involve electronic devices; (3) Communication ability: The parents have no language communication disorders and can communicate normally, ensuring that they can understand the research procedures and provide necessary feedback.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other interventions: If parents are participating in other psychological intervention or treatment programs, they may need to be excluded to avoid confounding the intervention effects.
