Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage IIIB and IV non-small cell lung squamous cell carcinoma who have not undergone chemotherapy in the past and require the use of paclitaxel combined with platinum chemotherapy, and are able to successfully complete the above four courses of treatment; 2. The characteristics of the syndrome meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine mentioned above; 3. Age range: 18-70 years old; 4. 4<PG-SGA <= 8 points; 5. WHO PS score ranges from 0 to 1; 6. There are no significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function; 7. Expected survival period is greater than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness and those who are confused and unable to communicate verbally; 2. Serious organic or functional lesions of organs such as liver, kidney, heart and brain; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Within the past 3 months, there have been confirmed cases of other intestinal diseases; 5. Patients who have used antibiotics or probiotics in the past 3 months; 6. Diabetes patients with poor blood glucose control; 7. Patients with combined malignant tumors; 8. Patients with autoimmune diseases;
