Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Refractory wound group after anal fistula surgery 1. Patients who were first diagnosed with "anal fistula" and have undergone surgical treatment of anal fistula; 2. Age between 18-65 years; 3. Those who have undergone anal fistula surgery for at least 14 days and have poor wound healing; Acute wound group 1. Patients who are first diagnosed with "anal fistula" are to be treated with anal fistula surgery; 2. Age between 18-65 years; Other chronic wound groups 1. Patients diagnosed with "diabetic ulcer" or "lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease" with chronic refractory ulcer >=1 month; 2. Be between the ages of 18-65.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refractory wound group and acute wound group after anal fistula surgery 1. Anal fistula caused by Crohn's disease, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Anal fistula caused by trauma; 3. Patients with rectal cancer, anal canal cancer and other rectal and anal malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with diabetes or other serious chronic diseases. Other chronic wound groups 1. Pregnant and lactating women.
