Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Kidney transplant recipients 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age>=18; 3. From January 2020 ~ June 2026, he was admitted to the Department of Organ Transplantation, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, for deceased donor kidney transplantation. Kidney transplant donors 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age>=18; 3. From January 2020 ~ June 2026, he or she will be admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University and voluntarily donate his body as a kidney transplant donor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Kidney transplant recipients 1. Grafted renal artery stenosis in kidney transplant recipients within 5 days after kidney transplantation; 2. Kidney transplant recipients fail to function or die in the early stage after kidney transplantation; 3. Kidney transplant recipients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study. Kidney transplant donors 1. The kidney transplant donor has no remaining arterial specimens during the kidney transplantation process; 2. Kidney transplant donors who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
