20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum hypertrophic scar patients who meet the POSAS scar assessment classification criteria; 2.Perform abdominal wall plastic surgery in shanghai ninth people's hospital from 2025 to 2028; 3.20-40 years old, gender not limited; 4.No scar needle injection therapy or other medication treatment has been performed; 5.Scarring is localized to the original site of injury and may be itchy and tender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Keloid patients; 2.Scar cancer patients; 3.Non surgical treatment of hypertrophic scars in patients; 4.Pregnant or lactating patients; 5.Participate in other clinical research patients; 6.Cognitive or behavioral problems.
