Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2. The first admission to the rehabilitation ward and the retention of the tracheotomy cannula when transferred to the rehabilitation department; 3. After admission, receive a systematic extubation assessment process; 4. Have complete chest CT images layer thickness <=0.15 cm. and clinical follow-up records
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are neuromuscular diseases such as ALS, myasthenia gravis.; 2. Head and neck tumors or tracheal malformations; 3. Airway collapse, airway granulation tissue, severe airway scarring, etc. affect airway patency; 4. There are serious complications such as tracheoesophageal fistula
