18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restrictions, age 18 to 80 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition classification I–II; 3. Clinical diagnosis of achalasia; 4. Have complete anesthesia records and surgical reports.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of esophageal and gastric varices, active gastrointestinal malignancy, pregnancy, allergy to opioids such as morphine; 2. Complications that affect postoperative pain assessment, including but not limited to esophageal perforation, subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum, pneumoperitoneum, pleural effusion, etc.
