Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of them met the diagnostic criteria for stroke proposed by the Chinese Stroke Prevention and Control Report 2021 after brain CT or MRI examination; 2. 18 years old 17 points; 6. Patients or their families should clearly understand the content of this study, possible risks and related risk treatment, and sign the "Informed Consent Form" while voluntarily participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unconscious, have mental disorders or have a history of alcoholism; 2. Unstable vital signs, failure of vital organs or critical condition; 3. Hand dysfunction caused by other causes; 4. Unstable vital signs or other serious lung, liver, heart, kidney and other diseases; 5. Presence of underlying diseases such as upper limb or hand fractures that may affect hand function before stroke; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. If the patient or his/her family member does not cooperate with the treatment or evaluation, or is otherwise unable to cooperate with the treatment; 8. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this trial.
