Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: Over 18 years old, no gender restrictions. Diagnosis: Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 Edition)". Course of the disease: The course of the disease is at least 6 months. Symptoms: There are obvious symptoms such as joint pain, swelling or functional impairment. Agree: The patient or their legal guardian has fully understood the research content and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Degree of cooperation: Patients are willing and able to cooperate to complete all research steps in accordance with the research protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: Other diseases: Suffering from other serious diseases that may affect the research results, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc. Infection: Patients who are currently experiencing active infection or have a history of severe infection within the past three months. Immunosuppression: Patients who are currently using immunosuppressants or have immune deficiencies. Surgery: Patients who have undergone joint surgery within the past six months. Medication use: Currently using medications that may affect joint inflammation, such as long-term high-dose use of steroids. Pregnant or breastfeeding: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Mental condition: Patients with severe mental disorders who are unable to understand the research content or provide informed consent. The researcher's judgment: Other circumstances where the researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in the research.
