Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2015 criteria for clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by the International Society for Movement Disorders (MDS). 2. Comply with MDS 2012 PD-MCI standard: - MoCA = 3 points 3. Hoehn & Yahr stage 1-3, drug stable > = 4 weeks. 4. Informed consent and signed written agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of dementia (AD, DLB, VaD). 2. Severe depression (HAMD = 24 points) or mental illness. 3. History of stroke or head trauma within the last 6 months. 4. Dysphagia not caused by PD (such as esophageal stenosis, myopathy, etc.). 5. Hospitalization history for pneumonia within the last 3 months.
