Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 35 years old; 2.Intracranial artery stenosis >= 50%; 3.No use of NBP capsules or injections within 8 weeks; 4.Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score <= 2; 5.Voluntary participation of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-atherosclerotic cerebral arterial stenosis caused by diseases such as arterial dissection, vasculitis, moyamoya disease, reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome, radiation vasculopathy, etc.; 2. Factors of cardiogenic emboli (such as atrial fibrillation, atrial myxoma, valvular heart disease, etc.); 3. Patients scheduled for interventional or surgical treatment; 4. Patients with severe psychological or mental diseases; 5. Pregnant women or lactating women; 6. Patients complicated with severe systemic diseases such as heart, respiratory, digestive system diseases, or tumors, with a life expectancy of less than 6 months; 7. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 8. Other conditions considered by researchers as inappropriate for inclusion.
