L-ESPB group:The patient took the lateral lying position and under the guidance of ultrasound, L3/4 plane 133mg bubicaine liposomal caine

PENG group:The patient took a flat lying position and injected 133mg of bubicaine liposome into the peri-vesicle under the guidance of ultrasound.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip replacement surgery; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. ASA grade I to III; 4. The patient signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular dysfunction; 2. History of spinal trauma or severe low back pain; 3. Infection and skin damage at the puncture site; 4. Abnormal blood coagulation function; 5. Severe bleeding or shock; 6. Serious systemic infection.
