Group A (Health Education Group):Carry out daily health education on pelvic organ prolapse
Group B (Pelvic Floor Perception Training Group):On the basis of group A, pelvic floor perceptual training was performed prior to levator ani exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for POP, POP-Q index II degree and below; 2. 6-8 weeks postpartum; 3. Systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation was not carried out before treatment; 4. Able to cooperate with the completion of relevant treatment and assessment, clear consciousness, and good cooperation; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 2. Complete loss of innervation of the pelvic floor; 3. Have a history of surgery related to pelvic floor disease; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of relevant training and examinations or refuse further intervention; 5. Those who plan to become pregnant; 6. Vulnerable groups: minors, people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
