Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Junior anesthesiology residents (beginners) engaged in anesthesiology work for <= 3 years; 2 No experience in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block procedures; 3 Need to master popliteal fossa sciatic nerve block but have no relevant learning experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 With experience in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block procedures; 2 Without operational experience but with clinical observation or relevant learning experience in popliteal fossa sciatic nerve block; 3 Other factors deemed unsuitable for participation by researchers, such as physical and mental illnesses, etc.
