Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with acute myocardial infarction (STEMI/NSTEMI) who were admitted to the chest pain center of a tertiary first-class hospital for treatment consecutively were stratified according to the onset time window (24 hours), infarction site (anterior wall/inferior wall/multi vessel lesions), and complications (diabetes, chronic kidney disease). 1500 patients were planned to be included in the group (calculated based on the annual number of visits in a single center, the incidence of major endpoint events of 20%, and the test efficiency of 80%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non atherosclerotic myocardial infarction (such as Takotsubo syndrome), end-stage malignant tumor, and those unable to complete follow-up, etc.
