Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria were that the various growth indicators of the fetus measured by ultrasound were consistent with the gestational age, and there were no known identifiable genetic or chromosomal abnormalities. 2. During pregnancy, the pregnant woman has no pregnancy complications such as diabetes, hypertension or heart disease. 3. The antibody test of pregnant women showed that the autoantibodies in the experimental group were positive while those in the control group were negative. 4. All the enrolled cases had clear images, the targets were located in the center of the images, the backgrounds were pure and unobstructed, and the four chambers of the fetal heart could be clearly displayed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies or fetal chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Maternal smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, diabetes, heart and liver diseases and other chronic diseases; 3. Abnormal fetal heart structure
