Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged between 12 to 17 years old 2. Written consent by subjects’ legal guardian/parent 3. Cases: Subjects with scores equal to or more than 10 on Patient Health Questionnaire-9 Modified for Adolescents (PHQ-9) and/or GAD-7 Anxiety 4. Controls: Subjects with a score less than 10 on Patient Health Questionnaire-9 Modified for Adolescents (PHQ-9) and/or GAD-7 Anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 17 2. Unwillingness or inability to comply with procedures required in the protocol 3. Poor retinal image quality that cannot be used in the analysis 4. Other eye diseases that are not suitable for retinal imaging include congenital cataracts and retinopathy of prematurity 5. Children are distressed by a flashlight or have experience with photosensitive seizures 6. Written consent not given by the subject's legal guardian/ parent
