18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years old, general and periodontal health; 2. Patients who have received orthodontic treatment or orthodontic orthognathic combination therapy 3. The orthodontic program includes a meiotic tooth extraction program, and the amount of tooth extraction >= 2 molars or >= 4 premolars (at least meet the bone increment of single anterior tooth area); 4. Those who meet the indications of PAOO surgery (including but not limited to those with thin alveolar bone on the labial side of the lower anterior tooth area, bone opening and window bone cracking in the lower anterior tooth area, crowded dentition, and thin alveolar bone on the labial side of individual teeth, etc.); 5. The patient undergoes PAOO surgery in the lower anterior tooth area; 6. Those who agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is extensive caries or restorations and root canal fillings in the extracted teeth, and the remaining available tooth tissue is insufficient; 2. Patients with syndromes such as dentin dysplasia; 3. The tooth extraction program includes the lower anterior teeth or the lower anterior teeth are missing; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with tumors or systemic serious diseases; 6. Patients with acute oral and maxillofacial infection; 7. Patients with moderate or progressive periodontitis; 8. Patients who have received chemoradiotherapy.
