18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the "Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019," and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Stroke onset duration = 1 year, unilateral onset; 3. Age 18–70 years; 4. Lower limb on the hemiplegic side with Modified Ashworth Scale grade 1+ or below; 5. Lower limb function on the hemiplegic side at Brunnstrom Stage III or above; 6. Able to complete gait and muscle strength tests and possess independent walking ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral stroke; 2. Other neurological conditions affecting gait or muscle strength (e.g., Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); 3. Severe cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency; 4. Recent (within the past 6 months) hip or knee surgery or severe osteoarthritis; 5. Functional impairment, with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <10.
