60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male and female adults aged 60–75 years; 2. obesity: 37.5 > BMI >= 25.0 kg/m^2; 3. insufficient PA (8 hours/day); 4. baseline eating period longer than 12 hours/day; 5. stable medication use for 6 months before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current participation in a weight-management program; 2. unstable body weight in the past 3 months (loss or gain of greater than 5%); 3. past or current history of severe cardio-pulmonary disease, e.g., recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina; 4. musculoskeletal or neuromuscular impairments that affect the ability to exercise.
