Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Positive group (1) Patients with PCT >0.5ng/ml and verified as sepsis; (2) The sample size is 2-5ml. For the positive group, it is necessary to monitor the development of the disease course during the treatment of the patient in the hospital according to the actual situation, and the patient should be tracked every 3~5 days, and the information of the positive group should be included until the end of the study or other force majeure factors cannot be tracked. 2. Negative group (1) Sample size: 1-5ml; (2) Physical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Samples that do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Improper collection/storage of samples that cannot be used for testing; 3. Sample contamination occurs prior to testing. 4. Maternity; 5. Those with incomplete clinical data.
