18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with ARDS according to the Berlin Definition criteria; 3. PaO2/FiO2 ratio =72 hours; 5. Planing to perform at least 1 extended prone position ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemodynamic instability, defined as norepinephrine infusion rate >0.4 µg/kg/min and/or concurrent life-threatening arrhythmias; 2.Prone positioning duration <16 hours; 3.Contraindications to prone positioning, such as glaucoma, flail chest, pregnancy, or other unsuitable conditions; 4.Patients who decline to participate in the study.
