Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.People of both sexes, aged between 18 and 60, working and living in Beijing; 2.Have a strong interest in marathon, are or plan to participate in marathon training and competition, and conduct regular training; 3.They volunteered to participate in the study, were willing to receive regular follow-up and related examinations, and signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or other systemic diseases, space-occupying lesions, and neurological disorders that affect the performance of various functional activities, resulting in inability to run or at an extremely high risk. 2. Cardiopulmonary exercise test showed abnormal cardiovascular reactions such as motor center muscle ischemia and severe arrhythmia. 3. Pregnant or lactating females. 4. Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unwilling to undergo long-term follow-up and evaluation. 5. Subjects implanted with metal or biological devices that may interact with magnetic fields.
