14 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is 14-60 years old, and the gender is not limited; 2. Meet The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) MDD diagnostic criteria, can be first or relapse; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score >=14 points; 4. Patients who have not received treatment for the last 14 days of this depressive episode; 5. Primary school education, can understand the content of the scale; 6. To understand and voluntarily participate in this study, I or legal guardian sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a current or past DSM-5 significant diagnosis other than MDD; 2. Have a history of serious organic diseases of important systems or organs; 3. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 4. Participants in interventional clinical trials within 3 months; 5. The investigator judged that the compliance was poor or not suitable for the participants.
