Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 or older than 80 years; 2. Pregnancy and lactation; 3. Acquired immunodeficiency diseases and major infectious diseases; 4. Hematologic malignancies; 5. Patients receiving immunosuppressants and blood transfusions; 6. Oncology patients;
