Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years; 2. CT (within one year): normal, or related abnormalities are not clinically significant; 3. No history of smoking; 4. Have not been diagnosed with other chronic respiratory diseases, and have no allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis or atopic dermatitis; 5. No respiratory symptoms during the definite acute course of illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not suitable for exhaled nitric oxide test; 2. Chest or abdominal pain of any cause; 3. The use of the mouthpiece will aggravate the oral or facial pain; 4. Stress urinary incontinence; 5. Persons with mental illness or impairment in the cognition of text and video content; 6. Patients with cardiovascular disease
