30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female participants aged between 30 and 50 years who are right-handed; 2.All participants provided written informed consent on a voluntary basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who cannot undergo transvaginal ultrasound; 2. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients with hypothalamic-pituitary disorders; 4.Individuals with thyroid dysfunction, congenital reproductive organ malformations, or organic lesions; 5.History of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 6.History of ovarian surgery (e.g., oophorectomy, post-ovarian tumor surgery), chemotherapy, pelvic radiotherapy, or use of immunosuppressive drugs; 7.Patients with severe diseases involving the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, hematologic, neurological, or psychiatric systems, as well as those with diabetes or hypertension; 8.Abnormal cranial MRI findings indicating cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, tumors, or other organic brain lesions;( 9.Individuals with cognitive impairment; 10. Individuals who have participated in other clinical research trials within the past six months.
