Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who meet the clinical diagnosis of type 1 diabetes; 2 According to the classification criteria of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), hypoglycemia has occurred before; 3 Have certain reading comprehension and communication abilities; 4 Be aware of your own illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2 There are serious comorbidities and complications; 3 Patients who withdraw from the research plan halfway due to their illness or personal reasons; 4 Participate in other researchers at the same time; 5 Those who were admitted to the hospital repeatedly during the study period.
