Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male aged 18-75 years; 2.Diagnosed and classified silicosis patients according to China's "pneumoconiosis Diagnostic Criteria" (GBZ 70-2015); 3.The survey objects were permanent residents of the project site with a clear history of exposure to silica dust; 4.Patients can fully understand the informed consent, agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of exposure to other significant environmental or productive poisons within the last 6 months; 2.The patient has other respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, respiratory infection or other active lung disease; 3.There are serious liver and kidney function injury or other organic diseases; 4.Combined with severe cognitive and mental abnormalities.
