Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Referring to the diagnostic criteria of stroke established by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; 2. Cerebral infarction confirmed by clinical and cranial CT or MRI, unilateral lesion, disease duration = grade III; 4. Normal examination of the Brief Mental State Examination (MMSE), able to cooperate with rehabilitation therapy; 5. The passive range of motion of the hip and knee joints on the affected side is approximately normal (<=15° restriction), and the ankle joint can be kept in a neutral position; 6. The patients gave informed consent to be observed in this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysfunction of the lower limb on the affected side due to other diseases; 2.Patients with severe coordination, visual and sensory disorders; 3.Skin injury or infection at the contact area of the lower limb rehabilitation robot wearer, weighing more than 100kg.
