18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rockwood Type III-V acromioclavicular joint dislocation; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. No severe osteoporosis or nerve injury; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of shoulder surgery; 2. Concomitant rotator cuff injury requiring repair at the same time; 3. Poor compliance with follow-up.
