60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 60-80 years old; 2.Initial minimally invasive lumbar surgery with medical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis; 3.Tilburg scale score >=5; 4.Informed consent and willingness to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; 2.Accompanied by fractures, malignant tumors and other diseases that affect rehabilitation exercise; 3.Severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment.
