Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The localization of the Cognitive Reserve Potential Questionnaire (CRPq) and the reliability and validity test (1) Age 10~19 years old; (2) All subjects fully understood the purpose of the study, signed the informed consent form, and voluntarily participated; 2. The sinicization of the short version of the online Cognitive Reserve Index Questionnaire (s-CRIq) and the reliability and validity test. (1) Native Chinese speaker; (2) healthy adults > 18 years of age; (3) Sign the informed consent form and participate voluntarily. 3. To evaluate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Baduanjin in elderly patients with CID (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CID in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd edition (ICSD-3); (2) age>=60 years; (3) No experience in physical and mental exercises such as Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Qigong or Yoga in the past 6 months; (4) For those who regularly use sleep medications, they need to stop using sleep medication for at least 2 weeks before participating in the study or agree to keep the dose and frequency of sleep aid use unchanged during the study. 4. Effect and mechanism of application of digital integrated art cognitive therapy system in elderly patients with MCI The diagnostic criteria for MCI refer to the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment, and include the following in combination with the needs of the study: (1) age >=60 years, cognitive impairment reported by patients or informed persons, or found by experienced clinicians; (2) Complex instrumental daily living ability is slightly impaired, but the ability to maintain independent daily living; (3) The Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) total score was 30 points, and the illiterate group <=13 points, the primary school group <=19 points, and the junior high school and above group <=24 points were judged to be cognitive impairment; (4) Clinically evaluated, and diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, but does not meet DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The localization of the Cognitive Reserve Potential Questionnaire (CRPq) and the reliability and validity test (1) Subjects with cognitive impairment, history of neurological or psychological disorders. 2. The sinicization of the short version of the online Cognitive Reserve Index Questionnaire (s-CRIq) and the reliability and validity test (1) Those with neurological and/or psychological disorders that may affect cognitive testing; (2) Use of antipsychotic drugs, history of severe head trauma, learning disability or mental retardation or mental abnormality. 3. To evaluate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Baduanjin in elderly patients with CID (1) Patients with tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and blood system diseases; (2) Patients with language, vision, and hearing impairments, who are prone to errors in the process of quantifying cognitive functions; (3) Patients with severe mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia, or active suicidal ideation or self-harm; (4) Cognitive impairment (Montreal cognitive assessment score of <22), or relevant past history affecting cognitive function: various types of stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe cerebral atrophy, mental abnormalities; (5) Presence of other sleep disorders, such as sleep-related breathing disorders, parasomnias, sleep-related movement disorders, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, central narcolepsy disorders, etc.; (6) the presence of pacemakers, implantable drug pumps, intracranial implants (e.g. aneurysm clips, shunts, stimulators, cochlear implants, or electrodes), or any other metal object in or near the head; (7) The current serious physical condition is unable to carry out physical exercise. 4. Effect and mechanism of application of digital integrated art cognitive therapy system in elderly patients with MCI (1) Relevant past history affecting cognitive function: various types of stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe brain atrophy, and mental abnormalities; (2) Perennial alcohol addiction, or long-term use of various drugs that affect mental state (sedatives, analgesics, etc.); (3) Survival time of malignant tumors and tumors; (4) Patients with language, vision, and hearing impairments, who are prone to errors in the process of quantifying cognitive function.
