Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The basic periodontal treatment has good efficacy, good oral hygiene and inflammation control, and the whole mouth bleeding index (FMBS) of =18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical examination data and imaging data. 2. Incomplete pathological examination data of the soft tissue at the bottom of the intraosseous defect. 3. Systemic diseases. 4. Smoking. 5. Pregnancy. 6. Abnormal pulp viability.
