Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent temporary ileostomy; 2.Patients in whom preoperative chest and abdominal CT and tumor marker tests ruled out tumor recurrence and distant metastasis; 3.Patients without significant stoma edema before closure; 4.Patients who requested stoma closure for various reasons and signed the surgical informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate reoperation; 2.Patients in whom preoperative tests revealed local tumor recurrence and distant metastasis; 3.Patients with marked colonic edema indicated by preoperative nutritional status assessment; 4.Patients with abdominal-wall defects or parastomal hernia requiring concurrent repair; 5.Patients requiring anastomotic reconstruction due to anastomotic stenosis or other related conditions;
