Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>= 18 years; Normal cognitive and communication skills, able to cooperate with investigations; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of non-oral and maxillofacial malignancies in other parts of the body, and those with diseases in other parts that cannot objectively reflect the adverse reactions of neoadjuvant chemotherapy drugs, such as abnormal cardiopulmonary function, trauma, immune system disorders, etc.
